Role:
We are seeking a specialized Principal Strategist to act as the critical "bridge" between Vcare and our global manufacturing partners. We currently import finished poultry products from Jordan, Vietnam, and China, and are actively expanding collaborations into European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison for existing principals. Identify, negotiate, and finalize new, high-value B2B collaborations in Europe and China.

DRAP Regulatory: Take full ownership of the product registration lifecycle. Expertly prepare and file Form-6 and Form-7 with DRAP for imported feed additives and finished products.

Technical Integration: Ensure all imported products meet local poultry health and farm-level standards.

Requirements:

DVM, BS Poultry Science, or related degree.

Proven track record in international B2B negotiations and principal hunting.

Strong working knowledge of DRAP procedures (specifically Form 6 & 7).
