Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Acme's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Account registration
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations, transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or extract data without our written consent, or resell access to our services without prior approval.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and technology on our platform are owned by Acme Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acme Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
